Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of The Sound of Music starring Connie Fisher officially begins its UK tour in Cardiff this Thursday. Andrew has been in Cardiff to work with the company and will attend the press night on Thursday.

It’s a return to home territory for Connie, who won the role of Maria in the BBC 1 hit series How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? Connie played the role at the London Palladium for 15 months to huge critical acclaim and says she is delighted to play Maria again, “I have missed her immensely, I hadn’t realised just how much!”
